Some have an in depth knowledge of a particular method, whether it be road, sea or air. Others experience of a specific country or region. All have travelled extensively. Many speak a second language - German, Italian etc. Some specialise in a particular industry - possibly power generation, car manufacture, brewing & bottling, aerospace, construction equipment or whatever.
